Reckless driver reported at K15 and 21st Road. Driver was stopped and evaluated with no signs of impairment

Reckless driver reported in the 28000 block of US 77

Suspicious individual reported in Udall

Sheriff’s Deputy attempted to make a traffic stop in the 8000 block of 21st road and a chase ensued. The driver finally stopped in a private drive. Arrested for flee and elude, no driver’s license, and possession of drugs was 26 year old Cassandra Mans of Wichita, Kansas.

Arrested on a Winfield District Court Warrant for Driving while Suspended was Victor Gurnee

Burglary report taken from the 21000 block of 241st Road

July 4

Motorist assist in the 6000 block of K15

Motor vehicle accident reported at a railroad crossing at 400 South Clark in Udall. A red 2005, Chevrolet pickup, driven by Joshua Bailey, 25 years old of Arkansas City, was traveling north in the 7000 block of 21st Road when he apparently blacked out and ran over a railroad crossing arm. There were two minor children in the vehicle who were released to their mother. Bailey was arrested for multiple charges to include, driving while under the influence and transported to the Cowley County Jail.

Sheriff’s Deputy assisted with an accident in the 3800 block of South Pike

Report of juveniles riding recklessly in the area of 284th and 99th Road

Criminal damage to property in the 18000 block of 131st Road. An unknown suspect shot out a residential window and a vehicle windshield

Criminal damage to property report in the 7000 block of 168th Drive

Cattle out in the 18000 block of US 160

Reckless driver reported in the 5000 block of US 160

Motrocycle versus deer accident. A red Suzuki motorcycle, driven by 24 year old Cyprian Bernas of Winfield was traveling eastbound on 192nd when a deer ran out in front of him. He suffered minor injuries.

Criminal threat reported in the 16000 block of 111th Road. Sheriff’s Deputy spoke to both parties and no report was filed at the victim’s request.

Reckless driver reported leaving a fireworks stand in the 25000 block of US

Reckless driver reported in the 2000 block of US 160. The vehicle was stopped in Winfield and no impairment was observed.
