A gray 2003, Ford passenger car, driven by 56 year old Terry Birmingham, of Arkansas City, was driving southbound on US 77 in the 27000 block. Birmingham attempted to turn at the roundabout and struck the curb.

Motorist assist in the 18000 block of US 160

Report of a car versus cow motor vehicle accident in the 35000 block of US 166. A blue 2001, GMC truck, driven by 65 year old Chris Cooper of Barlesville, Oklahoma struck a cow. Cooper was driving west on US 166 near the Cowley County/Chautauqua County Line and swerved to miss a cow and then hit another cow. Cooper was not inured in the accident nor was his passenger, Carrie Cooper.

July 10

Complaint of an individual walking in the 4000 block of US 166 in and out of traffic. Arrested for Pedestrian under the influence was 18 year old Jonathan Ibarra of Wichita.
