Sing Phabmixay, 65, of Winfield, Kan., passed away Thursday evening, September 7, 2017, at his home in Winfield.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Central Baptist Church in Winfield. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery. Friends may call at Miles Funeral Service in Winfield, on Friday evening, September 15, 2017 from 5 to 7. The family will greet visitors at that time.
