Festivities have been announced for the annual homecoming celebration at Winfield High School.
Candidates for homecoming royalty are: Jayden Tate, Isaiah Mahon, Sam Ross, Jance Burris, Adam Cantu, Brianne Biddle, Chelo Curtis, Isabella Hunt, Taylor Byerley and Kayla Wampler. Crowning will take place during halftime of the football game.
Winfield is host to the Wellington Crusaders 7 p.m. Friday at Jantz Stadium.
A homecoming parade is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. the same day on Main in Winfield from 15th Ave. to 10th.
Rescheduled Walk to School activities are also Friday at 7:15 a.m.
