Disturbance in the 4000 block of US 166. Reporting person stated that an individual was beating on their door. When Sheriff’s Deputy arrived the individual was no longer there.

Report of possible drunk driver in 23000 blk K15. Vehicle did U-turn and pulled into ditch. Deputy responded to find driver who took off running through a barbed wire fence and pasture. Driver later identified as Jacob Aaron Daniel Cox of Burden. He was arrested for interference, no DL, expired tag, no insurance and minor in consumption.

Report of injury accident in 1000 blk of US 166. A small passenger car rear ended a farm implement being pulled by a tractor during the rain. Driver of car was cited for too fast for conditions and illegal tag. Passengers of car were checked out on scene by EMS but refused treatment.
