A Cowley County Family was the victim of a weekend break-in and burglary at their residence while they were away for a funeral viewing.
The incident was reported around 8:40 p.m. Sunday in the 12000 block of 55th Road. Items were removed from the home while the family was away.
Some of the items were recovered when they were found strewn about the area, according to radio traffic from the scene.
No suspects have been identified thus far and an investigation is ongoing.
