Cowley County officials have released a photo of Kara Hurst, a 15-year-old runaway from Texas that authorities would like to locate.
Caleb Taylor Calverly, 18, of Texas, is said to be travelling with Hurst.
The two are being sought after an incident in rural Cowley County Sunday in which a landowner was struck by a vehicle.
