A stolen license plate led to the arrest early Tuesday of three Ark City people.
Around 2:40 a.m., a Cowley County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped vehicle in the 31000 block of 55th. The plate on vehicle was stolen out of Ark City.
40-year-old Samuel Lowery, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended and possession of stolen property.
Amanda Creamer, 24, was arrested on a Sumner County warrant as well as possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ray Kelley III, 36, was arrested on an Arkansas City Municipal warrant along with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
All three were booked into the Cowley County Jail.
