Deputy took a report for a non- injury car/deer accident that occurred the night before in the 12000 Blk of 141st Rd. Jennifer Biddle was driving a Chevy Malibu when she hit a deer in the roadway.
Non- injury accident at the intersection of 141st and 82nd Rd. Melinda Whetstine was driving a Ford F-150 pick-up headed east on 82nd Rd when she struck a GMC Sierra pick-up driven by Clayton Cawvey. Cawvey was stopped at a stop sign on 82nd Rd and Whetstine struck the back of his vehicle. Whetstine was cited for Following to Close and No Proof of Insurance.
Deputy cleared debris from the roadway in the 5000 Blk of 252nd Rd
Report was made for a non- injury car/deer accident in the 1000 Blk of US 166 Hwy. Driver was Kimberly Rowan driving a Dodge Caravan.
Cowley County Deputies checked a possible disturbance going on between several male individuals near the Cherokee Strip Campground. Parties had already left the area prior to the Deputies arrival.
Vehicle was checked in the 10000 Blk of 296th Rd.
