Billy Ray Anderson, 65, of Winfield, Kan., passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at his home.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
A memorial has been established in Billy’s name for Homeward Bound Pug Rescue. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
