Steven Ray Sultz, 56, of Winfield, Kan., passed away Wednesday morning, February 21, 2018, at his home.
Graveside services with Military honors will be held at the Kansas Veterans Cemetery at a later date. Miles Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
A memorial has been established in Steven’s name to defray funeral expenses. Contributions may be made through the funeral home.
