Cowley County Deputies responded to the 31000 BLK of US 166 HWY for a non-injury rollover accident involving a semi-truck and trailer. Driver of the truck was Frederick Leuer who was east bound on US 166 HWY when high winds in the area caused the truck and trailer to be blown over.
