Deputy made contact with subjects in Hidden Valley in reference to four wheelers.

Deputies responded to the 400 block of West Cedar for a report. The incident occurred outside city limits.

Winfield EMS, Burden First Responders and Deputies responded to Burden for a medical emergency.

Deputy stopped to check on a vehicle in the 12000 block of US 77 HWY

Deputies responded to the 11000 block of 111th RD for a suspicious activity call. Deputy took a single vehicle non-injury accident.

Deputy responded to the southern portion of the county for a found runaway.

Deputy responded to the southern portion of the county for an out of control juvenile.

Deputies stopped to check on a vehicle in the 600 block of Main Street.

Deputies were dispatched to an alarm call in the 32000 block of Tower RD.

Cowley County Deputies responded to the 15000 block of 182nd RD for an individual not breathing. CPR was given by the Deputies and he was transported to the hospital by EMS.

Deputy responded to 400 block of Winfield St. in Rock for a non injury car/deer accident. Emily Crawford was driving south in the 4000 block of US 77 HWY when she ran over a dead deer in the roadway.

Deputy responded to the 14000 block of US 166 HWY for a noninjury car/deer accident. Wayne Medley was traveling east when he struck a deer crossing the roadway.

Report of a neighbor dispute in the 6000 block of 12th RD.

Possible drunk driver reported in the 16000 block of 21st RD.

Deputy responded to a disturbance in the 10000 block of 101st Rd.

Individual asked for assistance in retrieving personal property in the 2000 block of 151st RD

May 19

Vehicle check in the 200 block of Winfield St. in Rock.

Report of lightning strike causing a fire in the 18000 block of 71st Rd. No fires were located.

Cowley County Deputies responded to a non-injury one vehicle accident in the 3000 block of K-15 HWY. Travis Wells was east when wet conditions caused him to lose control and leave the roadway.

Report of a possible stalled semi-truck in the 7000 block of US 77 HWY.

Motorist’s assist in the 30000 block of US 77 HWY.

Individual requested a Deputy make contact with a family member reference to being stranded in the 11000 block of 212th RD.

Deputy responded to a shed and garage on fire in the Lakewynds area. 03:08 AM 05-19-18 Report of gunshots in the 31000 block of 61st RD. Nothing was located.

Deputy stopped to check on a vehicle in the 15000 block of US 160 HWY. 1012 05-19-18 Deputy contacted in reference to issues with a juvenile in the southern portion of the county.

A subject came to ACPD to report a domestic battery. Nicholas Hummer was arrested in connection.

Deputies investigated an unattended death in the southern portion of the county.

Deputy was contacted in reference to a vicious dog in the 31000 block of 51st RD.

Deputy stopped to check on a vehicle in the 7000 block of US 166 HWY.

Deputy responded to the 19000 block of 151st Rd for cows out.

Deputy was dispatched to the 7000 block of 252nd RD for a complaint of juveniles on a dirt bike.

Deputy was dispatched to K55 HWY/11th RD for a vehicle stopped in the roadway. Udall PD checked the area and was unable to locate the vehicle.

Deputy was dispatched to the 15000 block of US 77 HWY for a possible drunk driver. WPD stopped vehicle in city limits and determined there was no impairment.

Deputy was dispatched to the 29000 block of US 160 HWY for cows out.

Deputy was dispatched to the Kaw Wildlife Area for a burglary to motor vehicle report.

Deputy was dispatched to the US 77 Bypass for a motorist assist. No vehicle located.

Deputy was dispatched to the 20000 block of US 160 HWY for a reckless driver complaint.

Yvonne Martins was arrested on a warrant for Failure to Appear

Avery Peak was arrested in the 100 block of east 3rd in Udall for Driving Under the Influence, Driving While Suspended, and Minor in Consumption.

Deputies responded to a report of a vehicle traveling south in the north bound lanes in the 21000 block of US 77 HWY.

Child custody issue in the 32000 block of Byrd St.

Deputy stopped to check on a vehicle in the 2000 block of 102nd RD.

Deputy stopped to check on a vehicle in the 17000 block of 21st RD.

Deputies responded to the 5000 block of 142nd for a vehicle in the ditch. Matthew Thomas was arrested for DUI/TOC in connection to this incident.

A subject contacted the Sheriff’s Office in reference to questions about child safety seats.

Deputy responded to K15/US 77 HWY for cows out.

Deputy responded to 30000 block of 41st RD for a suspicious person call.

Deputies responded to the 5000 block of 332nd RD for a disturbance.

Deputy responded to the 31000 block of 51st RD for a property dispute. Subject was advised to contact ACPD for a report.
