Ruth Elaine Raub, 66, of Arkansas City, Kan., died Saturday, July 28, 2018, at her home.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, August 3, 2018 at the Newkirk United Methodist Church.
A memorial fund has been established in Ruth’s name to help with the cost of funeral arrangements. Contributions may be made through Shelley Family Funeral Home of Arkansas City.
