Cowley County Sheriff deputies and Emergency Medical personnel are at the scene of a fatality accident east of Winfield on U.S. 160 near Cowley 1.
At least one other person has sustained injuries in the accident.
Traffic is slowed or stopped in that area. Please take an alternate route if possible.
