Patricia Kay Jackson, 68, of Tulsa, Okla., formerly of Arkansas City, Kan., died Wednesday, May 29, 2019, in Sacramento, Cali.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Monday, June 10, 2019 at the Church of God In Christ of Arkansas City. Interment will follow in the Riverview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:0 p.m on Sunday at the funeral home.
Patricia was born September 20, 1950 to Lewis Bradford, Jr and Estella (Johnson) in Ft. Eustis, VA. She graduated from Sea Side, CA High School in 1968. On May 15, 1982 she married Donald Jackson in Miami, OK. Patricia was a homemaker and active in various organizations including: Church of God In Christ, Sunshine Band Choir, the church choir and the Homecoming Choir; vice president and district director for Colored Women’s Club; and Dynamic Christian Ministries.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine Bradford of Sacramento, CA, Cleo Eric Conner of Great Bend, KS, Lamilla Walker-Reed of Oklahoma City, OK, Herbert Reed of Tulsa, OK, Marcus Reed of Oklahoma City, and Alicia Maloney of Mayville, TN. Brothers: Ronnie Bradford of Spokane, WA, Victor Bolan of San Pablo, CA, Eugene C. Bradford of Clinton, MD, Eugene T, Cain of Wichita, KS, Michael Budd of Arkansas City, KS and Shawn Bradford of Oklahoma City, OK. Sisters: Michelle Vaccarella of Wichita, KS, Terri Geisdorf of Wichita, KS and Iris Williams of Enid, OK. Twenty-four (24) grandchildren, thirty-six (36) great-grandchildren, and eight (8) great-great-grandchildren.
Patricia is preceded in death by grandmother (Areliua Batum), grandparents (Lewis and Lillie Bradford), her parents (Lewis Bradford and Estella Johnson), step-father (Royce Johnson), step-mother (Catherine Isom-Bradford), husband (Don Jackson), brother (Edward Bradford), sister (Connie Bradford) and daughters (Elizabeth Reed and Amber Jackson).
