February 7

Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to the area of the 9000 block of US 77 for a vehicle in the ditch.  The Deputy responded to the area and the vehicle was no longer there

Sheriff’s Deputy provided a motorist assist on the bypass in Arkansas City

Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a traffic stop and arrested the driver for driving without a valid driver’s license.  Subject was booked into the Cowley County Jail

Sheriff’s Deputy made a warrant arrest near 17th and Manning.  Subject was transported and booked into the Cowley County Jail

Sheriff’s Deputy responded to the area of the 8000 block of 326th Road to assist with a vehicle on fire

Sheriff’s Deputy responded to the 15000 block of 103rd lane for a stolen vehicle report.  Upon investigation it was determined to be a civil matter

Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to the area of 41st and 252nd for goats out

Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to the area of the 7000 block of 222nd Road for an alarm

Sheriff’s Deputy was initially dispatched to the 11000 block of 322nd road for a car versus deer accident report.  The reporting party called back and the deputy was asked to disregard, there was limited damage to the vehicle and they did not want a report

Sheriff’s Deputy served a Protection from Abuse Order in the 33000 block of 61st Road

Sheriff’s Deputy checked on a vehicle parked in the area of the 28000 block of 31st Road.  The Deputy checked on the occupant who had stopped to use their cellular telephone

Sheriff’s Deputy served a Protection from Abuse Order in the area of the 1100 block of South 2nd in Arkansas City

February 8

Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to 1033 North C Street in Arkansas City for a garage on fire.   

Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to the area of the 7000 block of 222nd Road for an alarm

Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Samuel Lowery in the 30000 block of 85th Lane for Possession of marijuana, methamphetamine, and Drug Paraphernalia.  Lowery was transported and booked into the Cowley County Jail

Sheriff’s Deputy responded to 2800 E. 12th Avenue in Winfield, for a structure fire.
