March 21

Identify theft report taken in the 8000 block of 161st Road

Deputies assisted the Winfield Police Department in reference to a theft from C&B Liquor, 802 Alexander Street.

Car versus deer motor vehicle accident in the 13000 block of US 77.

Car versus deer motor vehicle accident in the area of 71st and 182nd

March 23

Report of a theft in the 13000 block of 91st Road.  Theft occurred between March 13th and March 23rd.

March 24

Domestic dispute on Paradise Lane.  Subject was arrested and transported to the Cowley County Jail on charges of battery.

March 25

Speak with deputy in reference to telephone harassment in the 15000 block of 121st Road

Report of a stolen four wheeler in the 31000 block of 61st Road

Telephone harassment reported in the 27000 block of 81st Road

Burglary report taken in the 23000 block of Avery Avenue

March 26

Vehicle parked in the 3000 block of 31st Road with an unconscious person inside.  Person was transported by EMS.

March 27

Disturbance in the 300 block of Iowa

A 2001, blue Pontiac Sunfire, driven by a 15 year-old female was traveling North in the 26000 block of 141st Road.  The vehicle left the roadway and rolled onto its roof.  The driver was transported for unknown injuries.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

March 28

Car versus deer motor vehicle accident at 19th and Wheat Road

33 year old Megan Camp, of Coffeyville, Kansas was driving westbound on US 166, in a silver, 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe and hydroplaned, due to water in the roadway.  The vehicle ended up in the south ditch.  Camp received minor injuries and refused medical treatment.

Alleged criminal damage to property in the area of 72nd and 21st Road

Car trailer stolen in the area of the 28000 block of 71st Road

A deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling westbound in the area of 201st Road and Highway 166.  The vehicle failed to stop for the deputy and a chase ensued.  The vehicle continued.  During the pursuit the suspect vehicle struck two deer as it continued in the 17000 block of 101st Road.  The vehicle then continued south on 101st Road where it went into a field and became stuck in the mud.  Arrested and transported to the Cowley County Jail was April Adams.  She was booked on charges of Felony flee and elude, driving on a revoked driver’s license, no proof of insurance, and two warrants; one out of Kay County, Oklahoma and one out of Cowley County.
