Winfield Police activity for March 13 through March 17, 2009 included:

MARCH 17

Richard Bradshaw, Winfield, was arrested for possession of a simulated controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 200 block of N. Massachusetts.

Pedro Tapia III, Wichita, was arrested for driving on a suspended license in the 400 block of Amos Becker Rd.

Michael Beach, Winfield, was arrested for driving on a suspended license and no headlights in the 2800 block of Main.

Kelly Edwards, Winfield, was arrested on an arrest and detain warrant in the 300 block of Ninth.

Pamela Harper, Winfield, was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 1300 block of Main.

Olivia Weber, Winfield, was cited for dog at large in the 100 block of N. Michigan.

MARCH 16

Tiffany Lynn Sage, Burden, was the victim of burglary to a motor vehicle and theft in the 3700 block of E. 12th Ave.

Cody James Boyd, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 3700 block of E. 12th Ave.

Andrew Lee Jack, Winfield, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 300 block of St. James Ct.

Marcus Anthony Morrison, Arkansas City, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 300 block of E. Ninth.

Shelly Renae Wilson and Barry Harold Baker, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 700 block of Wheat Rd.

Frank H. Gross, Winfield, was the victim of attempted burglary and theft in the 200 block of N. Iowa St.

Elizabeth Henderson, Winfield, was cited for dog at large and no city dog license in the 1200 block of Olive St.

MARCH 15

Nathan Roy Alvarado, Burden, was cited for illegal tag, driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and possession of marijuana in the 1200 block of Torrence St.

Gary M. Curfman, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 1700 block of Mound.

Kristopher Dean Teague was arrested for domestic battery in 1200 block of Lowry.

MARCH 14

Donald L. Neal and Arhtur E. Darnell, both of Winfield, were cited for speeding in the 700 block of College.

Garth T. Gray, Winfield, was cited for no driver's license at Sunnyside and Pike Rd.

Jeffery Martin, Winfield, was cited for consumption on public property and driving on city property in the 1100 block of W. 19th Ave.

MARCH 13

The state of Kansas was the victim of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance to manufacture drugs and minor in possession of alcohol in the 100 block of E. 11th. Brandon Burns, Winfield, was arrested.

Naomi Phillips, Ark City, was the victim of forgery. Union State Bank, Ark City, was the victim of false writing and Rent 1st, Wichita, was the victim of identity theft. Marke D. Menne, Winfield was arrested on all counts.

U.S. Cellular, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 1400 block of Main. Brent Mashak, Winfield, was arrested.
