County to hear request for road, bridge fixes

Cowley County Commissioners will be receiving public comment on the county's five-year project list for road and bridge improvements.

A public hearing is set for 7 p.m., Feb. 16 at the Cowley County Courthouse in Winfield.

Commissioners will discuss projects on the list and take proposals for new projects.
