A Winfield man was found dead Friday afternoon in Kansas City, Mo., where he had been attending school.
The body of Craig Turner, 21, was discovered in an apartment near the campus of the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He died of natural causes, according to a report from the Kansas City, Mo. Police Dept.
Winfield-based Cornerstone Bible Fellowship told its FaceBook followers that Turner passed away in his sleep.
Around 3 p.m., police were called to the residence when Turner’s roommates found him, according to Kansas City police Det. Bruce Solomon.
Turner is a son of Dr. Wade Turner and his wife, Laurie.
