Police in Ark City are looking for three people who recently used bogus $100 bills at local businesses.

The suspects entered three Arkansas City retail stores on February 26 and made purchases using bills later found to be counterfeit.

Those involved, who are all believed to be in their 20s, are said have been driving a silver 2000s model Chevy Impala, or similar vehicle.

The group included a white male, a white female and a black male.

The white male is described as being 5-feet-7 to 5-feet-9 and 160 pounds with short brown or red hair with a mustache.

The black male is 5-feet-4 to 5-feet-6 and weighs 130 pounds. The woman is in the same height range and weighs 140 to 150 pounds. She has medium-length curly dark brown hair.

If you have any information on these subjects, you are urged to call the Arkansas City Police Department at (620) 441-4444, or call crime stoppers at 620-442-7777.
