Prosecutors in Sumner County have filed a second adultery charge in connection with an investigation into a shooting in Wellington last week.

Sumner County Attorney Kerwin Spencer this week charged Josh Santana with the misdemeanor, which he has previously described as being a charge thatís slightly harsher than a traffic infraction. Spencer previously had determined Michaela Cliffman was justified in shooting Santanaís wife, Bobbi Santana, who had attacked Cliffman.

Both Cliffman and Josh Santana are facing adultery charges.

Spencer did not provide a reason for adding the charge against Josh Santana.

The shooting occurred Feb. 5 at a house on South G in Wellington.

Bobbi Santana is said to have gone to the house after becoming suspicious her husband was having an affair.
