Winfield police are looking for an elderly man who was reported missing by his family Thursday.
Richard D. May, 77, was last in contact with his family Nov. 30 but further investigation indicates the man was in the Winfield area as recently as Dec. 10. He’s a white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 225 pounds.
He has gray hair and hazel eyes.
May drives a 2002 Ford Windstar van that is champagne in color with the Kansas license plate WAB 495. The van has damage on the front passenger side quarter panel that has been covered over with gray spray paint.
