James W Phillips, Winfield, was the victim of burglary and theft in the 1400 block of Country Club Rd.
Jimmy Naasz and Jason Barris, both of Winfield, were cited for speeding in the 700 block of Main.
DEC 3
Wayne Hanson, Winfield, was cited for an expired tag in the 2200 block of Main.
Sing Phabmixay, Winfield, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign in the 800 block of Fuller.
Casey Bain, Winfield, was cited/arrested for driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 2000 block of Main.

Leanne Bell, Winfield, was involved in a non-injury accident when she hit a parked and unattended vehicle owned by Lisa McDonald, Winfield, in the 2200 block of Pike Rd. Bell was cited for improper backing and failure to report an accident.
Rosa Perry and Mary Misasi, both of Winfield, were in a non-injury accident in the 800 block of E 19th. Misasi was cited for careless/inattentive driving.
Casey’s General Store, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 200 block of W Ninth.
Dale Vough Jr, Winfield, was cited for an expired driver’s license in the 1900 block of Main.

Jeremy Johnson, Winfield, was arrested on a Winfield municipal warrant in the 600 block of Main.
Wyatt Fiske, Wichita, was arrested on an outside warrant in the 700 block of Main.
Corey Craig, Winfield, was the victim of criminal threat in the 800 block of Millington. Jeremy Miller, Winfield, was arrested in connection.
Kyle Grigsby, Winfield, was involved in a non-injury accident in the 100 block of Millington. Grigsby was arrested/cited for driving under the influence and reckless driving.
