Carmen Cornejo, 86, of Wellington, Kan., a loving mother and grandmother, died Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at Sumner Care Center in Wellington.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 3 to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The family will be present at both times.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday at St. Anthony / St. Rose Catholic Church in Wellington. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Anthony / St. Rose Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the Sumner Memorial Gardens.
A memorial has been established in her name and loving memory with St. Anthony / St. Rose Catholic Church Altar Society, 210 North B Street, Wellington, Kansas, 67152. Contributions can be mailed or left with the funeral home.
