Conklin Is New RCB Market President For Winfield; McCullough Takes Hutch Job

RCB Bank has announced new leadership in Winfield.

Gregg Conklin takes over as RCB Bank market president, as former market president Lonnie McCullough has accepted the position of interim market president in Hutchinson.

Conklin is a fourth generation Kansan raised in Sumner County. He graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in agriculture economics. He is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado and remains active in the school as a student advisor. He has attended multiple banking schools through the Kansas Bankers Association (KBA), including commercial lending and advanced commercial lending.

Conklin

Conklin is a past member of the KBA Lending Committee and a two-term board member for the Kansas Chapter of the Risk Management Association comprised of commercial bankers.

He has held advanced management positions in his 33-year banking career. He has an extensive background in commercial, municipal, agribusiness and small business lending.

He believes in providing exceptional customer service and building mutually beneficial relationships that span generations.

Conklin is a member of Holy Name Catholic Church and serves on the Finance Council. In addition, he is the financial secretary for Knights of Columbus Council No. 4317. Past community service includes terms on the Winfield High School Advisory Council and Southwestern College Leadership Advisory Council, and a past member of Leadership Cowley County.

He has worked with various non-profits organizations over the years.

McCullough

Conklin and his wife Susan recently celebrated their 31st wedding anniversary and have resided in rural Winfield the past 21 years. They have three sons, all graduates of Winfield High School.

Tyler lives in Davenport, Iowa where he is employed with John Deere, Matthew is obtaining a doctorate degree in international politics at the University of Chicago, and Adam is a corporal in the United States Marine Corps currently stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
