Chris Phouthavong, Winfield, cited for parking in a prohibited space in the 400 block of E. Fourth Avenue
Russell Sliter, Winfield, cited for parking in a handicapped zone in the 2200 block of Pike Road.
Jason L. Creed, Winfield, cited for having no dog license and allowing a dog to run at large.
Troy Howerton, Winfield, was involved in a non-injury accident in the Wal-Mart parking lot.
Merrill S. Rabus and Martha J. Rabus, both of Winfield, were each victims of battery and arrested for battery in the 300 block of W. Fifth Avenue.
Mable Marie Huff and Larry Steel, both of Winfield, were each victims of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass in the 1400 block of E. First Avenue.
Sara L. Lawson, Winfield, was the victim of a hit and run to a fence in the 200 block of E. Fifth Avenue.
Unified School District 465, Irving Elementary School, was the victim of criminal damage to property.
Homer E. Scott and Elizabeth Staton, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury in the 2300 block of Pike Road.
Judith L. Townsley and Christina Cales, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 900 block of Millington Street. Cales was cited for careless and inattentive driving and no seat belt.
Ed Lemmon, Bell Plaine, was the victim of forgery in the 2200 block of Pike Road and the 300 block of W. Ninth Avenue.
Other calls investigated included barking dogs, disturbances, an alarm and a welfare check.
