Winfield Police Department Activities for Tuesday, April 24 include:
Paula Michelle Kendall, Winfield, was cited for allowing a dog to run at large in the 700 block of E. Seventh Avenue.
Ernest W. Hensley, Winfield, cited for failure to stop in the 2100 block of Pike Road following a non-injury accident with Marilyn Murphy of Udall.
Rafaela Rodriguez, Winfield, was the victim of criminal damage to property in the 1300 block of E. Sixth Avenue.
Officers also investigated a number of complaints including several involving loud music and one prowler report.
