Tosha R.L. Sawyer, Winfield, victim of criminal damage to property in the 2200 block Pike Road.
Steven K. Snell, Winfield, victim of theft in the 800 block E. 14th.
Non-injury accident 2200 block Pike Road when a vehicle driven by Merry L. Gumm, Winfield, struck a post.
Diane Marie Curley, Winfield, arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process following a disturbance in the 400 block W. 13th.
A juvenile was arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol underage in the 300 block Massachusetts.
