Winfield Police Department Activities for Sunday, April 29 include:
Justin C. Elam, Winfield, was cited for allowing a dog to run at large and not having a city license.
Travis Hauschulz, Winfield, was cited for parking in a handicapped zone in the 2200 block of Pike Road.
Souk Nathavongdounangsy and Kimberly Ann Weston, both of Winfield, were charged with disorderly conduct in the 500 block of Maris Street.
Officers responded to a number of other calls Sunday including disturbances, requests for public assistance and animal complaints.
