USD 470 was the victim of theft and criminal damage to property in the 1200 block of Radio Lane.
Linda Martin and Joshua Banta, both of Ark City, were each cited for disorderly conduct by profanity in the 1100 block of N. Ninth Street.
A vehicle being driven by Marion Sierman, Ponca City, Okla., struck another vehicle being driven by Jason Littou, Ark City. A pole owned by Westar Energy was also struck.
