* Joseph Vannoy, Joshua Vannoy, and Richard Rains Jr., all of Ponca City, Okla., were cited for liquor law violations at 2701 N. Summit St.
* Jaclyn Gilmore, Stillwater, Okla., and Ashley Lind, Ark City, were involved in a injury accident at Seventh Street and Oak Avenue.
* Roxanna Brawley, Ark City, was arrested on a bench warrant at 920 N. Summit St.
* Jerry Wafford, no address available, was arrested for public intoxication in the 13400 block of N. First Street.
* Kimberly Weston, Winfield, was arrested for having a suspended driver’s license in the 1300 block of N. Third Street.
* Pikes Construction was the victim of a hit and run at 815 W. Madison Ave. Deshaine Mosley, Ark City, was arrested in connection with the incident and for reckless driving.
* Cayetano Armendariz, Ark City, was arrested for public intoxication in the 300 block of N. First St.
* Falis Dorman, Ark City, was the victim of disorderly conduct in the 600 block of S. Fifth Street. Sean Freeman, Ark City was arrested for possession of drugs.
