* Lacinda Johnson, Ark City, was the victim of disorderly conduct in the 1300 block of N. 11th St.
* Dallas Stowell, Ark City, was arrested on an outside warrant and a bench warrant at 830 S. Seventh St.
* Mary Duprie, Ark City, and a juvenile, were the victims of battery in the 200 block of E. Vine Ave. Jesse Holloway, Ark City, was arrested in connection with the incident.

* Aaron Brown and Lee Brown, both of Ark City, were victims of theft from a motor vehicle in the 400 block of N. Fifth Street.
* Catherine Steward, Winfield, was the victim of criminal use of a financial card.
* Linda Vaden, Vicki Lower, and a juvenile, all from Ark City, were victims of disorderly conduct and assault at the 1000 block of S. Third Street. Darryl Hodges, Ark City, was cited in connection with the incident.
