* Linda M. Enderud, Ark City, was the victim of the theft of a bicycle from 624 N. A Street.

* Country Mart was the victim of a forged check.

* Carl’s BBQ was the victim of burglary, theft and criminal damage.

* Amos Daily and John Carns of Hominy, Okla., were cited for open containers of beer. , Alexandria Toineeta, also of Hominy, was cited for minor in consumption, and Louis Daily, Little Rock, Ark., was cited for open container in the 1600 block of S. Summit Street.

* Andreas Juan, Ark City, was arrested for driving under the influence in the 500 block of N. Seventh Street.

* Emily Berniklau, Ark City, was the victim of theft in the 700 block of S. C Street.

* Denise Wallace, Winfield, was the victim of theft in the 100 block of S. Summit Street.

* Tosha Harris, Ark City, was arrested on a municipal bench warrant.

* Love’s was the victim of theft of motor fuel. Ebony McKinney, Kansas City, was cited in connection with the incident.

* Melchor Gutierrez, Ark City, was arrested on a bench warrant at Creekstone.

* USD 470 was the victim of a criminal threat at 1200 W. Radio Lane.
