*Vanessa Byers, Ark City, was the victim of the theft of a tag in the 700 block of N. Fourth Street.
* Kristy Odonnell, Ark City, was the victim of the theft of a bicycle in the 1300 block of N. 13th Street.
*Kris Kielhorn, Ark City, was the victim of aggravated battery in the 1200 block of S. A Street.
* Cesar Garcia, Ark City, was the victim f a hit and run in the 1000 block of N. First Street.
* Kimberly Jacobs, Ark City, was the victim of disorderly conduct in the 200 bock of E. Monroe Avenue.
