Ark City Police for Oct. 12 and Oct. 13

Arkansas City Police Activities Friday, Oct. 12, and Saturday, Oct. 13, 2007 included:

FRIDAY

Twin Rivers Development was the victim of theft.

Brandy Brown, Ark City, was the victim of harassment by phone.

James Wirtz, Ark City, was the victim of theft in the 100 block of S. C Street.

Edgar Lemos-Perez, Ark City, was arrested for no proof of insurance, no driver’s license and reckless driving in the 200 block of N. First Street.

Cory Reininger, Ark City, and Vonna Skinner, Mulvane, were involved in a non-injury accident at Radio Lane and Summit Street.

Randal Hotchkin, Newkirk, was arrested for driving on a suspended license in the 600 block of N. Summit Street.

Barbara Palmitier, Winfield, was the victim of a hit and run at an unknown location.

Mitchel Belt, Ark City, was the victim of the theft of a bicycle in the 600 block of S. C Street.

Andrian Burciaga, Ark City, was arrested on a bench warrant in the 200 block of W. Skyline Road.

Julie Castillo, Ark City, was the victim of disorderly conduct by profanity in the 400 block of S. Third Street. Kenneth Tyler, Ark City, was arrested in connection with the incident.

Sarah Bazil and Tina Rice, both of Ark City, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 300 block of S. B Street. Rice was cited for blocking a private drive. Bazil was cited for improper backing.

Brandon Roebuck, Ark City, was arrested on a bench warrant.

Stephen Thomas, Newkirk, was arrested for possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

SATURDAY

Monte Potter, Ark City, was the victim of the theft of a cell phone.

Wal-Mart was the victim of shoplifting in two separate incidents.

Tammy Logue, Ark City, was cited for disorderly conduct in the 800 block of S. Seventh St.

Brandon Whaley, Ark City, was arrested for having a suspended driver’s license in the 800 block of N. C Street.
