Terry Rickords, Ark City, was the victim of theft from a motor vehicle in the 700 block of S. Summit Street.
Amanda Thaxton, Ark City, was cited for cruelty to animals.
Robert Crow, Braman, Okla., and Rose Wolke, Wichita, were involved in a non-injury accident at Madison Avenue and U.S. 77 bypass.
Reba Clinkingbeard, Ark City, was the victim of burglary and theft in the 300 block of S. Seventh Street.
Delbert Morgan, Ark City, was the victim of theft in the 800 block of S. Summit Street.
Reynaldo Castillo, Ark City, was cited for a vicious dog and dog at large in the 200 block of N. Third Street. Kelly Lambdin, Ark City, was the victim of an animal bite accident.
Tuesday
Rebecca Irvine, Ark City, struck a parked vehicle owned by Jennifer Skibbe, Geuda Springs, at 705 N. Sixth St.
John Skinner and Merle Bahrut, both of Ark City, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 200 block of E. Washington Avenue.
Richard W. Kehr Jr. was arrested on an outside warrant at 1322 S. A Street.
Bobby J. Sherman, Geuda Springs, was arrested on a bench warrant.
Shauna L. Castillo, Ark City, was arrested on a bench warrant.
Katie Schnackenberg struck a parked vehicle owned by Robin Wallace in the 1200 block of W. Radio Lane. Both drivers are from Ark City.
