Eddie Elrod and Amanda Godfrey, both of Ark City, were involved in a non-injury accident at B Street and Washington Avenue. Godfrey was cited for improper passing and disorderly conduct by profanity. Elrod was cited for disorderly conduct by profanity.

Bryson Cook, Ark City, was arrested for minor in consumption.

Bobby Oliver, Ark City, was the victim of the theft of a bicycle.

Heather Henly, Ark City, was cited for allowing a dog to run at large and having a vicious dog.

Anthony Boback, Salina, Okla., was arrested for driving under the influence.

Olivia Hernandez-Esparza, Ark City, was the victim of a residential burglary, criminal damage to property and theft.

Monday

Taco Tico was the victim of burglary and theft.

First United Methodist Church was the victim of burglary and theft.

Woods Lumber was the victim of burglary and criminal damage to property.

Justin Montgomery, Ark City, was the victim of a burglary from a motor vehicle.

Lisa Pink and Jesse Stephens, both of Ark City, were involved in a non-injury accident at 1711 N. Fourth St.

Mike Cox, Ark City, was the victim of criminal trespass and criminal damage to property.

Eric Rodgers and Cody Broyles, both of Ark City, were involved in a non-injury accident.

Hillcrest Bible Baptist Church was the victim of criminal damage to property.

Dusty Werth, Ark City, was the victim of theft in the 2700 block of N. Summit Street.

Stetson Rainwater, Winfield, was arrested for a drug law violation.

Mark Hollister, Ark City, was arrested for having a suspended driver’s license in the 1500 block of S. Summit Street.

Michael A. Jellison, Ark City, was arrested on a bench warrant.

Zeller Motors was the victim of a hit and run to a vehicle in the 500 block of N. First Street.

Earl Lumley, Wichita, was arrested on a municipal bench warrant.

Robert Hunt Jr., Ark City, was arrested for a drug law violation and a suspended driver’s license.

Shelby Scott and Adrianne Spielman, both of Ark City, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1200 block of W. Radio Lane.
