Westar Energy was the victim of a burglary and theft in the 3100 block of N. Summit Street.
Kelly Bissaillon, Ark City, was the victim of aggravated assault (domestic violence) at Fourth Street and Maple Avenue.
Melinda Hildebrandt, Ark City, was arrested for driving on a suspended license in the 400 block of N. Summit Street.

Middle Creek Construction, Peabody, was the victim of theft from 400 E. Kansas Ave.
Anthony Berg, Ark City, was the victim of disorderly conduct in the 1800 block of N. 11th Street.
Ann Whiteman, Ark City, was the victim of harassment in the 1000 block of W. Elm Avenue.
