Craig Cameron Coday Jr. of Winfield cited for improper signal , driving while suspended and no seat belt at Jane & McCabe St.
Trevor Alan Duron of Winfield was cited for no seat belt at Jane & McCabe St.
Ralph Russell of Winfield was cited for improper backing in the 900 block of Main St. after he backed into a vehicle driven by Charlotte Carrillo of Winfield.
Tina Christine Thelen of Winfield was cited for allowing a dog to run at large and no dog license in the 700 Blk E 12th Ave.
Claude Charles Lolar III cited for driving while suspended and also was arrested for an outstanding City warrant in the 300 Blk St James Ct.
A non-injury accident occurred when John Cooper of Derby backed into a dumpster in the 1000 Blk of Main St. No charges.
Jumping Juke Box was the victim of burglary, theft and criminal damage to property. Derek Wallace of Winfield was arrested..
