Non-injury accident between Charissa Jade Wall of Winfield struck a parked vehicle owned by Lynn Sheetz of Winfield in the 300 Blk Viking Blvd.
Donna Lou Homan of Winfield was the victim of theft in the 1400 Blk of Main St.
