Firefighters in Arkansas City are working to extinguish a two-story house fire this morning. The home is located at Fourth and Spruce.
Initial reports indicated the home was empty but emergency personnel located a vehicle in the home’s garage and were trying to account for the residents of the home. At one point firefighters were asked to evacuate the structure due to safety concerns.
