U.S. Post Office was the victim of criminal damage to property.

Jimmy Schmidt Jr., Ark City, was arrested on a municipal bench warrant.

Wal-Mart was the victim of theft.

Anastasia Copeland, Ark City, was arrested on a municipal bench warrant.

Carlos Torrez, Winfield, was arrested on a municipal bench warrant.
