Kristie Ann Tovar, Winfield, was the victim of disorderly conduct.
Freddie Barnes III of Arkansas City was arrested for disorderly conduct and battery. Anthony T. Bernard of Wichita was charged with disorderly conduct.
The above incidents occurred in the 1000 block of Main.
Stephanie M. Williamson, Winfield, and Michael Miller, Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 1900 block of Main.
Sean Donald Rethmeier, Winfield, was the victim of battery and criminal damage to property. Alexander George Somerville, Winfield, was arrested for battery and criminal damage to property in the 1400 block of E 11th.

Disturbance in the 200 block St. James Court. Chad Allen Fouch was arrested for aggravated battery and criminal damage to property after a disturbance in the 200 block of St. James Court. A juvenile was charged with battery.
Shannon J. Cowdin, Winfield, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 3300 block of Main.
Keith P. Montgomery, Winfield, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 900 block of E. 5th.
Tammy Dilly, Winfield, was a victim of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property following a disturbance in the 200 block of Harter. A juvenile was arrested.
Erin S. Griffiths, Winfield, was a victim of hit and run in the 1800 block of Bliss.
Natasha L. Herrell and Jeremy William Roach, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 2200 block of Pike Road. Roach was cited for violation of driver’s license restrictions and basic speed rule.

Bobbie Sue Cox, Winfield, Victim of Criminal Damage to Property in the 1300 block St. James Court.
Hannah Elizabeth Stout-Zollman and Kayoko Harper, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 300 block of Viking Blvd. Stout-Zollman was cited for failing to yield after stop. The accident occurred Feb. 19.
Jennifer Marie Jackson, Winfield, was the victim of hit and run in the 1400 block of Hackney.
Cynthia Louise Scarth, Oxford, was the victim of burglary and theft in the 100 block of Minnesota.
