Cowley County murder defendant Justin Thurber will back in court Wednesday morning for another hearing in the lead up to his trial this summer.
Thurber will be in a Winfield courtroom beginning at 9 a.m. All proceedings in the case take place at the Cowley County Courthouse.
Thurber faces a capital murder charge in the January 2007 death of Jodi Sanderholm of Arkansas City.
