Zachary L. Gardner, Mustang, Okla., was driving a vehicle that struck a parked vehicle owned by Ryan Douglass, Ark City, in the 1100 block of N. A Street.
Ryan Douglas, Ark City, was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 1100 block of N. A Street.
Mary Ann Phillips, Ark City, was the victim of theft at 1518 N. First St.
Gregory Lundquist, Ark City, was arrested for driving on a suspended license.
Dionicio Lujan, Ark City, was arrested for drunk driving at Eighth Street and Kansas Avenue.Lujan was also driving a vehicle that struck a wall owned by Hawks Funeral Home.
