Three Winfield people were arrested Monday morning after police searched a residence at 1310 Olive St., according to police chief Jerry DeVore.
The search was instigated after police obtained information of possible drug use at several locations in Winfield. A search warrant was obtained for the Olive Street residence.
Officers found several people in the residence and marijuana smoke lingering in the air, DeVore said.
The arrests were without in incident and include:
– Loren Carl Butler, 20, possession of marijuana second offense, possession of drug use paraphernalia and sexual battery from another unrelated case.
– Draper James Kinsinger, 21, possession of marijuana and possession of drug use paraphernalia.
– Andrew Wood Archer, 23, possession of marijuana second offense.
