Frances L. Harris and Justin Leon Drake, both of Winfield, were involved in non-injury accident at 14th and Manning streets.
Michael Allen Harper and Jeffre A. Crow, both of Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident at Eighth and Cherry streets.
Citations issued:
Daniel August Berry, Winfield, speeding.
Veronica Jean Jacques, Winfield, driving in violation of restricted driver’s license and defective headlights.
Timothy J. Faulk, Winfield, dog at large.
Karen Abby Cornejo, Winfield, dog at large.
Officers also were involved in a number of citizen complaints, prowler calls, a suspicious vehicle, a possible intoxicated driver, a welfare check and public assistance call.

Cassandra K. Groom, Winfield, Arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 1900 block Main.
Michael Shane Hotchkin, Winfield, ran off roadway in the 500 block N. Michigan and caused damage to his vehicle.
Barry H. Baker and Tosha Renee Lynn Sawyer, both of Winfield, were victims of burglary and theft in the 2800 block of E. 12th.

Male juvenile of Winfield was cited for underage possession of tobacco at the Winfield High School.
Jevyn Dean Voss, Winfield, and Bryon Dante Chavez, Winfield, were involved in a non-injury accident in the 100 block of west 14th. Chavez was cited for failure to yield after stopping and driving in violation of age restriction.
Ramon Macias, Winfield. was the victim of theft in the 800 block of east 15th.
Tracy Joann Tapia, Winfield, was a victim of theft in the 600 block of Millington St.
Patrick Ryan Burr, Winfield, was the victim of burglary to residence and theft in the 1100 block of Loomis.
Casey’s of Winfield was the victim of theft in the 200 block of west 9th.
Lloyd R Mason, Arkansas City, collided with a parked vehicle owned by Margaret J. Brooks Trust, Winfield, at Fourth and Bliss St.

Chas Smith of Winfield was involved in a non-injury, one-vehicle accident when his parked vehicle rolled and hit a parked trailer at 3400 E 12th Ave.
Jennifer Sandell of Winfield was victim of theft in the 2300 block Main St.
