Gene Robertson, Ark City, was cited for cruelty to animals at 1321 S. B St.

Terrell J. Brumley, Ark City, was arrested for reckless driving in the 400 block of S. B Street.

Matilde Hernandez, Ark City, was the victim of battery (domestic violence) in the 1000 block of N. 10th Street. Indalecio Hernandez, Ark City, was arrested in connection with the incident.

Patrick Galindo, Ark City, was arrested for having a suspended driver’s license at 909 N. Seventh St.

Rebecca Harrison, Ark City, was cited for a pitbull violation at 920 N. Fifth St.

Mary K. Williams, Ark City, was the victim of battery (domestic violence) in the 1400 block of S. First St. James L. Jackson was arrested in connection with the incident.
